Showcase your achievement with a diploma frame! There are two ways that you can order your frame:

Cambrian diploma frame

  • Online - Visit the Milburn's website to submit your order. Arrangements can be made to have the frame shipped directly to you, or to Convocation for pick up after your ceremony.

  • At Convocation - The Cambrian College Alumni Association will have frames on display during Convocation. You can purchase your frame onsite before and after your ceremony.

The Alumni Association will also have fresh flowers available for purchase the day of your ceremony or you can pre-order online and pick up the day of the ceremony.

Alumni Gift Bags & Photo Station

As new Cambrian College Alumni, you are joining a prestigious network of nearly 60,000 graduates applying their skills and expertise across the globe. Through your participation and support, this network will continue to grow. Once convocation ceremonies have completed, head to the reception in the Student Life Centre, where you will receive a complimentary Cambrian Alumni gift bag filled with alumni-branded tokens and information to help support your next steps. You’ll also gain access to the NEW Cambrian Alumni photo station, filled with some hilariously fun items. Share your photo using #CambrianCommunity and be entered to win a $500 Pre-Paid VISA.

Convocation Gifts

Diploma frames, flowers and commemorative commencement t-shirts will be available for purchase just outside of the gymnasium before and after each ceremony.

The President’s Awards, a gold and a silver, are awarded annually to graduating students from any post-secondary program at Cambrian College.  The selection committee considers those students nominated for the awards on their academic achievement, their technical ability, their significant contribution to college life through social and athletic interests, and their contribution to their community.

The gold and silver awards are accompanied respectively by a $2,000 and $1,500 scholarship. These prestigious awards are granted at Convocation.

Governor General’s College Academic Medal

Each year, the Governor General of Canada provides one medal to each college in Ontario. This prestigious medal is awarded to the Cambrian College graduate of a postsecondary diploma or degree program who has achieved the highest overall academic average.
