September 30th is Orange Shirt Day across Canada, to acknowledge the survivors of the residential school system in Canada and honour those who never made it home. At Cambrian, the Wabnode Centre for Indigenous Services, the Cambrian Indigenous Student Circle, and the Schools of Justice, Community Services, and General Studies are marking the occasion on Wednesday, September 26, by handing out orange shirts and encouraging people to take a group photo at 1 p.m. at the Sacred Arbour.
