Cambrian College Orientation Team donates $630 to Samaritan Centre

Cambrian College made a small change to its Residence Move-in schedule that resulted in a big cheque for the Samaritan Centre.

On September 3, members of Cambrian’s Orientation Team spent part of their day serving the community. They volunteered to carry groceries and load large items into customers’ vehicles at two local retail locations and accepted donations to help the homeless. The volunteers raised $630, which was presented to Kevin Serviss, Executive Director of the Samaritan Centre on September 23.
