Cambrian Choirs and Sudbury Youth Orchestra offer holiday classics

The Cambrian College Choir and the Cambrian Chamber Singers will perform as guest artists at the Sudbury Youth Orchestra’s annual holiday concert on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at St. Andrew’s Place in downtown Sudbury.

The concert will feature the timeless composition Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi. One of Vivaldi’s most famous works, the piece is renowned for its distinctive melodies and rhythms. The repertoire will also include holiday pieces by Daquin, Handel, and Berlioz. Audience members will be sure to enjoy a variety of well-loved carols, both old and new.

Date: Saturday, December 10, 2016
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: St. Andrew’s Place

General admission is $15 and $12 for students and seniors. Children 10 and under are free. Tickets are available at the Cambrian College Campus Shop, Vrab’s Independent Grocers on Regent Street, and at the door.
