Internationally-acclaimed guitarist Thibaut Garcia to perform at Cambrian

Cambrian College’s School of Music and the Sudbury Guitar Society will present a special concert featuring Guitar Foundation of America winner Thibaut Garcia on Friday, March 17, 2017.

Cambrian College’s School of Music and the Sudbury Guitar Society will present a special concert featuring Guitar Foundation of America winner Thibaut Garcia on Friday, March 17, 2017.

An exceptionally talented young musician from France, Garcia won six international guitar competitions by the age of 21, including first prize at the Guitar Foundation of America competition in 2015. This competition is one of the most prestigious and respected events in the classical guitar world. The winner embarks on a concert tour across North America.

Garcia's talents are featured on his YouTube channel.

Sudbury is one of seven Canadian cities on Garcia's Guitar Foundation of America tour. In addition to the March 17th performance, he will offer a master class and private lessons during his visit.
