SUDBURY - Cambrian College’s Professional Clothing Depot is seeking donations to help students build an appropriate wardrobe for future placements and jobs across a variety of professions.
The depot is in need of: men’s suits; winter coats and accessories (mittens, hats, work gloves, scarves; safety/high visibility apparel; scrubs; winter footwear; and any attire that would be appropriate for job interviews and office settings.
Donations to the Professional Clothing Depot will be accepted at the Women’s Resource Centre (room 2431), or the Students’ Administrative Council (SAC) office (room 1164) during regular office hours. Donations may be left outside the office doors after-hours if the items are in clear bags or clearly marked as donations.
The Professional Clothing Depot is a free service for all Cambrian College students, providing an opportunity to select from a wide variety of styles to help students save money, and dress for success. The Depot also has change rooms where students may try on clothing. Students are encouraged to create entire outfits, complete with must-have accessories; whether they require suits and ties, scrubs, or hardhats and safety shoes.
The Professional Clothing Depot operates during the office hours of the Women’s Resource Centre; if these hours are not sufficient, students may inquire at the SAC office for access to the Depot.
