Massage Therapy
Cambrian’s Massage Therapy program will prepare you to work in a health care setting, spa, athletic organization, or pursue your own private practice as a Registered Massage Therapist. Our health-focused program will give you in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and neurology, along with intensive training in massage therapy techniques to provide the best treatment and prevention options for your clients. You’ll apply your skills in seven clinical placements, with opportunities to practice massage therapy in diverse health care settings on campus and in the community.
Entrepreneurship, marketing, and communication courses will round out your learning so that whether you choose to join a health care team or open your own practice, you will have the skills and knowledge to give your clients the high level of service and care they deserve.
As a graduate, you will be eligible to apply to write the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) certification exams to become a registered professional (RMT).
